Journal X - End of the Year and Other News

Hello, to all my followers, lovers, haters, and anyone else who cares!

I'll start off by wishing everyone a merry Christmas, and a happy New Year. 

I apologize for basically disappearing for the summer and fall. I haven't been journaling as much, because I have been extremely busy this past semester. Junior year was quite stressful, what with things getting serious in terms of classes for my major, International Relations, as well as homework assignments. Then there was the matter of applying for my abroad semester, which begins in about two weeks. The good news about that is that all my application materials have been approved, and I now have an entry visa from the Kingdom of Belgium to study in beautiful Brussels. Needless to say, I am extremely excited to do all this, as I will get to take a close look at the workings of such institutions as NATO and the European Union--facets of international relations that in fact greatly influence my fiction and art.

The obvious downside to all this is that I did not have much time to work on fanart during this past semester. However, now that I am home for vacation, I plan on completing one final piece for December before the year ends. Since this has been the year of our lovely Zil, I figured I'd end the year with her.

So this calls for a brief rundown of my plans: 

- New Year fanart featuring Zil.
- Remake of Princess Jemma of Eraklyon
- One-shot fanfic exploring Kaylee LeMarc of Halcyon
- Valentine's Day fanart set in my dear friend adventuremaker16's Gravity Winx AU series, featuring Mason "Dipper" Pines (from Gravity Falls) and Tecna (from Winx Club). 

And of course, leave me suggestions/requests for what you'd like to see me do. I may just take those to heart!
